He’s cooked. Bad shoot for sure. Guy was a 100 feet away from him when he shot him or at him. I’d like to know if that’s when he was shot in the back or if he was shot in the back earlier.

Doesn't really matter. Even if he was out casing the neighborhood, *and* the shooter can prove it, *and* the shooter can prove that he knew it at the time, it's still not a good shoot.
He won’t be homeless until AFTER he gets out of prison. That is, of course, after he serves a term of X years; and then comes down with some terminal disease that requires expensive end of life care, - THAT’S when they will let him out of prison to die on the street.

This is true. The guy seems like a jerk to me. From what we see he was never in danger. I’d like to see the 5 minutes of video prior to this because that camera was on prior to him walking out his front door. To clarify that might justify him coming out with a gun to defend his home/person but doesn’t justify the shooting. Legally and morally to me this is a bad shoot. I never want to have to shoot someone let alone a person in their car driving away who’s afraid of me. That’s morally wrong to me and as you stated a cowardly act in most cases.
