And oh, jumping on assumptions. It would be interesting to see that those who felt it wasn't the Federal Governments place to create a Federal Reciprocity on possession, to know think it's ok for the Federal Govt to license and control ammunition!

It won't stand scrutiny once challenged as this function is reserved by the States, especially those that already have laws, like CT. And likewise for those States that do not. Now if the Federal Govt wanted to "limit" transfer across State Lines, ie, via FFL for all transactions, that's something they could probably do. And I believe it would still fail scrutiny by higher courts as a well established function of 2A exercise!

Complete registration of everything out there, $800/yr for "insurance", Banning anything over .50" bore (no more shotguns lol), mental health assessments to include interviews of former spouses, and 2 family members or associates, 8 hours of training for each weapon you are licensed for, etc,etc.

THIS BILL WIL REQUIRE EVERY GUN OWNER TO REGISTER ALL FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION

Here we have it. They are going after EVERYONE who has a gun or ammunition. They are deeply concerned about a revolution and they want to know every person who has a gun or ammunition. The object of this bill will be to identify every person who has a gun. They will be able to revoke a license and confiscate the gun under rules to be created by the Attorney General. Biden swore he would end the NRA. He was not joking. Like a diverse license, once they create this federal license, they effectively limit the Second Amendment claiming if you obey all their regulations which they can change at any time, then you have that right. But all such rights are eliminated whenever they say so.

922(dd)(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess ammunition that is 0.50 caliber or greater.

Whoever knowingly violates section
