Many groups though, want these labels. If they didn't they would not use them.

No. Only one gets the nomination. The way it works is that multiple candidates fight for that one spot. They keep fighting until until one is left chosen by the people. That’s how it works. If your candidate lost, he lost.

So since I am drunk, that stands to reason that you believe that all the candidates that lost in the primaries should remain on the final ballot.
