Is anyone else having a problem with this website running slow?

All day this website has been running (loading) really slow for me.
It's only this particular website, every place else I go on works like normal.

Pretty sure it's a database issue since we were getting screens back from cloudflare. DB could be getting locked up / hung up periodically. Could be a few things.
