Yes just like the bullet button (I think ) equipped AR's that were sold thru an upstate gun store and they had to bring all the guns back in.

Well if its questionable I would not want to be arrested and then have the courts sort it out, That the reason I asked that question, There are laws that are waiting to be tried in a court to see how it does in trial. I don't have the funds to hire an attorney to test this firearm portion of the law in court.

If you dont feel comfortable owning one, dont buy it.

You missed my intent, what I meant was you can have an issue with LE officer even if it "IS" legal... As not all are educated as to what is and what isn't, seeing as there are so many variations these days.

So in essence, inmy opinion, you're worrying about nothing.

It can happen (problem) as easily as not happen. Even if 1000% legal, legit, with a sticker-stamp of approval visibly on it, while out shooting skeet with a local judge and you get jammed up, you'll still have the same fight as if it were to be maybe illegal. Understand?

So again, too many people worry over nothing, but that's the programming working full bore, just the way they intended it to be here in NY! They want you to think everything is not legal, so you don't bother because you're worried about legal ramifications that don't exist, or the possibility of it happening are so infinitesimally small, you have a better chance of picking next year's Superbowl winner now! Lol
