That is your opinion. The facts show cops don't have "immunity granted by a badge" when it comes to murder however.Except it did work that way. Without the mass outrage this would have been swept under the rug like Daniel Shaver.

Beyond the fact I just presented. That is your opinion. The facts show cops don't have "immunity granted by a badge" when it comes to murder however.
That officer was charged and found not guilty in a jury trial. That destroys your argument that there is "immunity granted by a badge". He was prosecuted, just as anyone else would have been. You can't equate jury acquittals with someone not being charged. They are not the same thing.Beyond the fact I just presented.
That's literally exactly what happened to Daniel Shaver.
Well let's see:That officer was charged and found not guilty in a jury trial. That destroys your argument that there is "immunity granted by a badge". He was prosecuted, just as anyone else would have been. You can't equate jury acquittals with someone not being charged. They are not the same thing.
Would be have been found not guilty if he didn't have a badge ?That officer was charged and found not guilty in a jury trial. That destroys your argument that there is "immunity granted by a badge". Police Sergeant Charles Langley then ordered Shaver, who was lying prone, to cross his legs. Moments later, he ordered Shaver to push himself "up to a kneeling position." While complying with the order to kneel, Shaver uncrossed his legs and Langley shouted that Shaver needed to keep his legs crossed. Startled, Shaver then put his hands behind his back and was again warned by Langley to keep his hands in the air. Langley yelled at Shaver that if he deviated from police instructions again, they would shoot him. Sergeant Langley told Shaver not to put his hands down for any reason. Shaver said, "Please don't shoot me". Upon being instructed to crawl, Shaver put his hands down and crawled on all fours. While crawling towards the officers, Shaver paused and moved his right hand towards his waistband. Officer Philip Brailsford, who later testified he believed that Shaver was reaching for a weapon, then opened fire with his AR-15 rifle, striking Shaver five times and killing him almost instantly.Well let's see:
You are justifying a murder committed by a cop because he was a cop.
So as I said, immunity granted with a badge.
Oh don't get me wrong, I'm well aware that you are OK with comply or die policing. There is no argument there.Police Sergeant Charles Langley then ordered Shaver, who was lying prone, to cross his legs. Moments later, he ordered Shaver to push himself "up to a kneeling position." Pretty much speaks for itself. He put himself in a bad situation and didn't follow instructions. He was even warned many times and told exactly what could happen if he didn't follow the instructions. This is basic stuff.
That is an impossible question to answer. There are so many factors.Would be have been found not guilty if he didn't have a badge ?
see my post #38. The situation would be different. Can't just swap out cop for non-cop and make it jive.Oh don't get me wrong, I'm well aware that you are OK with comply or die policing. There is no argument there.
But let's not even pretend here. That cop, who even went so far as to get his pension after this, let's just say "would not have been given the same treatment" had he been a regular peon.
Yes, the local liquor store robbers say the same thing.see my post #38. The situation would be different. Can't just swap out cop for non-cop and make it jive.
When you are at gunpoint follow instructions. Don't make threatening motions. Worry about the rest after.
You are now comparing a criminal to someone defending themselves as prescribed by law? Does not equate bud. Try to stay grounded.Yes, the local liquor store robbers say the same thing.
But the difference is they get held accountable when caught.
But grounded in the right way, cause if you're on the ground and in a non prescribed manner, that's it for you.You are now comparing a criminal to someone defending themselves as prescribed by law? Does not equate bud. Try to stay grounded.
Do not reach in your waistband when the cops or anyone else thinks you’re armed and a credible threat and has you at gunpoint. Especially after numerous warnings and telling you exactly what the result would be. I shouldn’t have to be telling a grown man this. It’s basic stuff. But grounded in the right way, cause if you're on the ground and in a non prescribed manner, that's it for you.
STOP RESISTING!Do not reach in your waistband when the cops or anyone else thinks you’re armed and a credible threat and has you at gunpoint. Especially after numerous warnings and telling you exactly what the result would be. I shouldn’t have to be telling a grown man this. It’s basic stuff.
oh and don’t eat yellow snow and don’t touch the flame on the stove top either.
I am not totally surprised in the city of Sodom and Gomorrah. If somebody asked me 6 months ago if this was even possible, I would have thought they were drunk
But without police who will murder people in the streets with immunity granted by a badge, ruin lives over possession of a plant and arrest you for possessing the same magazines they do?
Except no, that's not what happens in this and countries like this when cops are not involved in things.Badges? they don't need no stinking badges, Now they can murder you , or stop your car and search it , take your cash . You cant tell it to judge or launch a complaint, sue them . they have no ID Your now at the mercy of an angry group. No ones coming to your aid , Your now on the Bozeman trail , Red clouds warriors are closing in from three sides and you think you can deter them by threating to sue? You Sir, are fucked. Pay attention to what happened in Sareavo Libya, Syria, Ukraine .
I have news for you my friend. It has been in pieces for some time. That kind of attitude , will break this country into pieces.
Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before you wake up. Obviously we aren't there yet. I also don't for one second equate my feelings with Democrats that hate Trump more than they love the country. I am just reacting to their plan. I didn't implement their plan.So your willing to have this country break apart because some nut jobs voted democratic? Your going to give in that easy?
Except no, that's not what happens in this and countries like this when cops are not involved in things.
Societies exist just fine and will continue to exist just fine without cops.
Mine. I haven't needed cops in 29 years.Except this is exactly what happens to countries that begin to break down . I can point to case after case .Its historical fact.
What modern day society's exist fine without cops? give me some exsamples
I’m tired of this “Cop Out” point. They took an Oath. If a law is unconstitutional, they are supposed to not enforce it. Do you think they would enforce a law that said that you do not have the right to print an article that puts a politician in a negative light? On your other 2 points, the police don't make the laws. Perhaps your scrutiny should be on the legislators.
Remote towns of Alaska.Except this is exactly what happens to countries that begin to break down . I can point to case after case .Its historical fact.

Remote towns of Alaska.
Mine. I haven't needed cops in 29 years.
But that's irrelevant.
Have you forgotten that cops have no duty to protect you?
If police were regulated to just report takers after crimes were committed, we would do just fine. We can defend our own homes, businesses, and selves. We can hire security to patrol our own towns if we cannot do it ourselves and if a crime is committed, we can hold for detainment until the police get there.Like it or not with out police we are f**ked. The gangs and crazies would completely take over the streets. We wouldn't be able to buy groceries without paying them to get into the store. The only way that could possibly work is with constitutional carry and the libs aint letting that happen. Cali will learn that lesson in short order.
He wanted an example. In those towns, they have citizen patrols. When a crime is committed, they detain until a state police officer can fly up there to book the criminal. We can do the same in bigger towns. Cities even.Awesome real world example for a nation of 360 million people.
"If you pulled the police out now, it's look like a 3rd world country."Ok, you have a town that doesn't need cops. You really think That the whole world can be modeled after your town? Huge citys with diverse ethnic, social economic cultural back grounds ? On a small scale it might work. Like the American Indians with communism , large scale , it always fails . If you pulled the police out now those citys would look like a third world country in a week or 2 . Maybe not your town . but the citys cant survive .
