it was just a 3 judge panel and will most certainly be overturned En Banc, but they ruled that "large capacity" magazinez are protected under the 2nd amendment

Massachusetts has been dealing witht his sh*t for decades.

LTC-A: This license allows purchase any firearm legal in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, are authorized to own "large capacity" firearms holding greater than 10 rounds assuming the magazine is "pre-ban" (Manufactured prior to September 13, 1994) post ban high-capacity magazines are not legal in Massachusetts with the exception of Law Enforcement.

How many of you own firearms from 1994 or older ? Thot so.

I ultimately think the constitutionality of the ban will be upheld. But, should it not be, I will sure be happy. Not as happy as having to have fought that kinda stuff off in the first place. 9th circuit may not be as left-friendly as it used to be, but I’m holding off on the champagne til the fat lady sings.

Not sure how this can not stand there but easily can here. Shit, I might have to move to CA for better gun rights. I don't know how you can have more rights in different states.

That's what I've never understood. I know there's the whole states rights to make laws vs federal but everyone who is a legal citizen in this country should have the same rights in all 50 states. Personally I think the only laws that should be allowed to be decided on a state level are things like tax rates, business rules and maybe some environmental rules.

You have to look at how the court system works. It follows the same basic principle.

Weird I know a company or two that were shipping 30 round magazines to every state in the country, they had to stop because they were a small time company and couldn't keep up with demand
