I know how most feel about the NRA, but I found this interesting in their NYS candidate ratings.
Something seems missing... LOL

Flame all you want, but a vote for third party is a vote for FUAC.

I'm all on board with "anybody but Cuomo" but the votes Sharpe take just might be the difference, who knows. I don't trust the third guy in, he may just be there for that reason, but then again, I don't trust any politicians anymore. YMMV

I also noted there is an assload of unopposed Dems running throughout the state, that's sad that it's so bad in places the pubs won't even waste a nickel or nobody cares try to oust them.

Sharpe will not pull out. It is not a well kept secret within the Libertarian Party that his goal the entire campaign is to get 50,000 votes to establish a permanent Libertarian ballot line and position on NY ballots. (The Governor's race determines future ballot lines and position from the top of the ballot with a required minimum of 50,000 votes which has never been met by a Libertarian). Key to his 50,000 vote strategy is his newly found hatred of the SAFE act that was not originally in his platform. It looks like his eyes are on a 2020 Libertarian Presidential ticket and getting 50,000 votes in NY gets him some attention. He is not planning on moving in to the Governor's mansion.

We have a 4'x8' Larry Sharpe sign on the side of the busiest road in cornfield county, many here have removed their Molinaro signs because we don't trust any of Cornholeo former lackeys. The teachers likely won't vote for lil hitler or a Republican so that leaves a Libertarian, commie or just sit it out. I voted 2 times for Ross Perot & Ron Paul I'm used to "wasting " my vote.
