That's ridiculous. If I use my fingernail, I can remove the magazine and the rifle can accept another one.Well, I think a rifle with a BB installed and a magazine inserted can't accept another magazine at all.
You are using circular reasoning and it is keeping us from getting anywhere. "This was explained already" just means that you are repeating yourself, obviously it wasn't explained very well.
Exactly.
There is no law that says you don't have to in that case. There is a law however on the rifle.Lets at least agree that some of us do not have the ability to accept each other's opinions then?
You've been very angry lately.Fuck compliance, some people are their own worst enemy.

Actually no. I must have missed it.Will, see what I did there?...
Actually no. I must have missed it.

Actually, since the other site tanked. You haven't been the same since. Not saying you miss the site, just stating the time line. You no longer post anything.Lately lol!

If the prosecutor is allowed to "gunsmith" the rifle, then a solid block of aluminum can be turned into an AW.
You don't need to drill out epoxy in the bullet button. A nail and a good whack would puncture a hole and drop the magazine. Not that it matters. It's the same result. If the prosecutor is allowed to "gunsmith" the rifle, then a solid block of aluminum can be turned into an AW.
I see no difference between drilling out some epoxy, and milling a mag well from scratch. You haven't explained what you think the difference is.
Drill, or hammer and nail, it's still gunsmithing. You don't need to drill out epoxy in the bullet button. A nail and a good whack would puncture a hole and drop the magazine. Not that it matters. It's the same result.
Besides, the law doesn't say gunsmithing.
Does the law say semi automatic and the ability to accept a detachable magazine except via gunsmithing?Drill, or hammer and nail, it's still gunsmithing.
"No gunsmithing" is implied, otherwise *everyone* has an AW, even if they don't *think* they have any guns...
OK, then the intake manifold on your truck is an AW once I get done with it.....Does the law say semi automatic and the ability to accept a detachable magazine except via gunsmithing?
There is no law that says ability to accept in regards to intake manifolds.OK, then the intake manifold on your truck is an AW once I get done with it.....
Once I melt it down and recast it into an AR receiver it can. There is no law that says ability to accept in regards to intake manifolds.
Correct as long as the upper is semi automatic and together it functions as designed.Once I melt it down and recast it into an AR receiver it can.
If you can use tools, where is the limit ?
That has been debated already in previous posts and threads so why bring it up again? Regular non epoxied bullet button rifles were sold too back in 2013 and 2014. Now they aren't.Saratoga show had a lot of the AR's with fixed mags and epoxied buttons for sale.
