Except you are forgetting one huge factor, we aren't independently wealthy to combat the state in a court room that has the entire state budget behind them. Not to mention the legion of corrupt liberal judges on ever level.

Quick story about the Deputies. I think this may be very much the same across the Nation.

As you know, I closed on the house and took a trip down 2 weekends ago. Second day there, a County Sheriff Deputy pulled up the driveway. I went out and greeted him, he asked if I bought the place, asked me for my ID. Did a quick look and handed it back to me. Welcomed me to the neighborhood and asked when we were moving permanently, I gave him the basic details of our plans and he told me that he would make sure to do a couple checks on the property until we moved down.

He took down my phone number and told me that if there were any issues, he would give me a call. I do not see that with State Police.
