Yeah, I hate there labeling on the models that look like that. I much prefer the aesthetic’s of the 508T and 509T.

If this was the only one that I’ve seen do this then I’d blame user error, but when I’ve seen multiple instances of the MOS plates failing…there’s another underlying issue. The same goes for C&H adapters and milling.

This.. its a known common issue with mos plates

There are no screws that get tightened in the rear regardless, it’s an MOS plate issue.

Atleast glock does constantly change their plate cut every time the after market fixed their problems

There is also a small strip for the bottom front and bottom rear but I'd need to remove from the slide.. covers the serial number and big Holosun branding -



It identifies as a Trijicon now so people will stop saying "CHYNA".

I haven't put it on the 509t yet...
