Still made him a felon. Out of all the bs laws we have, I hate mag limits the most.If he was acquitted, then it was a BS arrest.
Just because they are illegal. It just aggravates me how something can be legal in most of the country, and can make you a felon in NY.Although NY sucks, Although the laws are incorrect and unjust, it seams he had magazine that are illegal in NY why are we complaining?

Ok. So maybe the officers machine broke. That's not true and you know that. There are literally thousands of reasons for aquittals. One example that happened to me was that the intoxilizer machine broke the day after my arrest and all records were lost. Since we don't "field test" here, that meant we lost all of our evidence. His lawyer successfully supressed the video we take, so he got off. That doesn't make my arrest bullshit.
Its already that way now, people 30 and younger finish HS, go to college, then move out looking for work. My friends that have stayed either work for the government, or a trade union, those are the only jobs left in NYIn less than a decade, this state will no longer be known as "The Empire State", but rather "The Welfare, Sanctuary State" with no economic or fiscal legacy.
Arrest in @GOPerfect area. Hope it wasn't you lol.
Life in NY is like living in a real life escape and evasion reality show. You never know who's going to bust your balls, for what or which law they'll change so they can. Death by micro-management. Piss on this nanny state. This is why when people like Darth and that guy named John Snow from House Stark (that likes to write extremely long posts about patriotism) talk about guys bending over for putting a goofy grip on their rifle while out in public, I pay them no mind.
Cops like this are not in short supply. I'm going home at night to people that depend on me.

He was also bagged for speeding also..no info past that but with no guilt on DWI, they had to get him for something because they needed a valid charge to enforce the magazine issue
