how is this going to play out .. you tell the victim/s to leave and stay with someone else .. they leave and lock the house up .. then the perp and his lawyer need to go to the house .. ( its the new law now ) .. now what .. you call the victim to come and unlock the door .. and what if they say piss off ? ...
What about the perp who wants to come back under the guise of taking photographs but decides to finish the job?
What if the victim IS home at the time? Will they have to leave? Will they be able to supervise?
What if the refuses to allow the accused into their home despite a 'valid' court order? Will they be forcibly removed from their home?
What if a rape victim, after already being victimized once by some shitstain, perceives an imminent threat by said shitstain being on her doorstep to take pictures of her bedroom, shoots and kills said shitstain in the presence of his defense attorney and a bunch of police officers?
I can see a million ways in which this can go bad. For a Governor who claims to champion womens' rights, he sure as shit didn't think this one through very well.
