If I wasn't working later today I'd be joining them. With my Sig P226 for my protection. It is Poughkeepsie after all (as an aside the really only time in my life that I truly felt afraid for my life occurred in Poughkeepsie in broad day light no less). I mean, unless they have metal detectors on the bridge or security patting everyone down, who's going to know? Concealed is concealed after all. Just like unless they have adequate security at schools the killing will just continue. Might be a good lesson for the antis.

I get the sense that the anti-gun movement has reached a pivotal point. It reminds me of what I know of prohibition. I think that is the direction we are headed and it will not turn out the way anyone on either side expects and it will not be pretty. It will fail.
