These clowns can't form an armed response against a police station manned by guys with rifles, half of whom have a military background.
Seems to me it's already pretty escalated.
Unless you're proposing official policy is just let these things burn out. I'm not saying that's definitely the wrong idea, but if every black guy killed by cops equals a city under seige I don't think it's a tradeoff worth making.

Did you see the video a couple days ago? About 30-40 cops in front of that building, with ten on the roof with riot gear. Tell me how giving ten of them AR-15s and lots of mountain dew results in anything but a very well defended police station from a crowd of hooligans who's version of organizing anything is just tweeting about it.
I've no doubt whatsoever police could have defended that station. They decided not to for various reasons, but could they have? Hell yes. It would never, ever have come to a warzone. A few shots and these people would run off to another target or go home and get drunk instead.

I was just reading about a guy in prison for murder in MN.
You know what he did ? He loaned his car to 2 guys who went to rob a drug dealer's house and ended up killing someone.
He knew they were committing a felony, so they convicted him of the murder.

We all know the system is very badly broken.

Our government seems to want to see how many of us it can convince they are right.
If they push long enough they will succeed.
Hell, I believe that every system in the US is broken beyond repair. This is why I live the way I do. It is the reason I bought property, it it why I prep. It is the reason I have large stocks of everything.
This completely broken system is one of the reasons my empathy and sympathy for others is so low.
We can never be repaired unless we have a near full reset.

The minute they got to "he's probably the one" he should have been arrested.
And when they inevitably get the wrong guy doing that, those people should be handsomely compensated.
It's in the public interest to get this done quickly, but the public also owes people it wrongs just compensation.
I'm telling you, it is not as easy as this for law enforcement. We don't have to like it, but this is reality.
