Shooter is an active duty county sheriff. He shot his girlfriend and her husband at their Insurance office. Then he turned the gun on himself and shot himself in the calf then told responding Deppities it was 2 black men in dark hoodies.

If true, I predict this story will fade quickly.

OK I'll tell you again.....background checks are not meant to stop criminals, they are meant to reduce the number of crazies, felons, wife-beaters, and other low-life from getting their hands on firearms, and it works.

Why is a felon working in law enforcement? Why is the boyfriend on the side getting in the middle? You see, this isba perfect example of how morally corrupt "progressive" values destroy society.
