Nobody owes you support and can complain if they don't like you, that's just how it is. They aren't trying to destroy "free speech" for a couple reasons. First, twitter was never an unlimited free speech platform. Second, they're using their free speech to engage with companies that advertise there and you just don't like their opinions about you. That's too bad advertisers are pulling out of Twitter due to outside pressure groups. This lack of revenue is going to lead to mass layoffs, no way around it

If I had funding enough to buy a social media company on the rocks and take it private, I’d systematically dismantle it, strip mine the codebase for any saleable IP, and put the domain name up for sale when I was done, along with any real estate. After all, who would I answer to? A board of directors? Hah.

Privately owned businesses don't owe you shit. If they don't want you there they can ban you for any reason. Don't like it, start your own site. Trump did with Truth Social. The 1A may only restrain the government, but that doesn't mean private citizens can't be anti free speech. They may not be able to violate the 1A, but thay can certainly violate the principles it stands for.

Government colluding with private corporations to violate peoples rights is pretty much the recipe for fascism.
That's the loophole that allows it to work.
Government is restrained by the constitution, so they enlist private corporations to do the dirty work. By extortion, bribes, or downright capture.

LOL .Did the government force Twitter to ban Trump, etc? No, so that's an invalid argument. Twitter chose to do so from the feedback of their users. I don't see an issue with this.
