oh come now, shoot both and say that. not a fan of those Nerf 2.0 guns. glocks are cheap tools, Sigs are Snap on!Sig fanboys are going to love it.
Why buy a Glock when you can pay nearly double for the same thing from Sig?

I just wanna hold one since I really like the way my Shield sits in my hand but I don't think I'd wanna go much smaller and that grip looks pretty tiny. Really the only concern I have is if the mag geometry is compromised for feeding reliability. Other than that I don't see why this wouldn't be a big winner, being smaller than traditional double stack subcompacts but with the same capacity. Particularly in NY. You better believe I'd be rockin' the 12 rounder as the backup mag though.
Well...already have the LC9s and Glock 43. So, I guess I'll have to pick up a Sig P365 so that I can stack them up and take a picture.
You one said magazine capacity didn't bother you and it was a NY thing.I just wanna hold one since I really like the way my Shield sits in my hand but I don't think I'd wanna go much smaller and that grip looks pretty tiny. As in restricted capacity? Yes it's largely irrelevant to me but I can't mention a nice salient point that is relevant to most of you?You one said magazine capacity didn't bother you and it was a NY thing.
I mean one time I said I would not compromise on carrying something like a Shield or a Glock because of capacity and you said that it didn't concern you much and us people from worry about those things out something to that effect. As in restricted capacity? That was the point of my post: The 10 round nominal capacity is nice for NYers and the 12 round extended capacity is nice for those of us in unrestricted states, as a backup mag.
Well extra rounds are always better BUT, I don't often carry my Walther because it doesn't conceal well for me, this in a pistol with a similar footprint as a G19. I do carry the Shield though because it tucks IWB without even me needing to go up in pants size and it's totally invisible and I forget it's there. That's why the P365 interests me because I can get those extra rounds in pretty much the same package as my Shield.I mean one time I said I would not compromise on carrying something like a Shield or a Glock because of capacity and you said that it didn't concern you much and us people from worry about those things out something to that effect.

Yes I need to find a holster that works for my PPQ, I know. Options for the Walther are frustratingly spare. I'm looking at DARA holsters at the moment, I also need a new belt and they have some nice package deals.
I chose the Shield over the PPS. PPS is nice though. But the PPS gains me nothing over the Shield, in fact it incurres a -1 round penalty.Get a PPS?
Better takedown.I chose the Shield over the PPS. PPS is nice though. But the PPS gains me nothing over the Shield, in fact it incurres a -1 round penalty.
How you figure? Even if so the the Shield takedown, and polymer striker guns in general, is so simple any minor differences are irrelevant.Better takedown.
It has the Glock style takedown. No levers to flip. How you figure? Even if so the the Shield takedown, and polymer striker guns in general, is so simple any minor differences are irrelevant.
I prefer the takedown lever actually, more positive. The PPQ, as you prolly know, uses a similar setup as the Glock, with the tab you pull down. Sometimes it gets hung up if the slide is not quite in battery when manipulated. With the lever I just lock the slide back, flip the lever, unlock the slide, pull trigger and off the slide comes. I also like the action when flipping it back up, it pleasingly positive. It has the Glock style takedown. No levers to flip.
It's not supposed to be in battery. You are supposed to pull the slide slightly back.I prefer the takedown lever actually, more positive. Updates......
So it looks like Sig is also going to be offering an upgraded grip module that has an integrated, grip activated 100 lumens light for this.

I like the look of that grip. I'm not interested in the light or laser but I'm sure it is removable.
They had better improve the lumens before I would go with that light. I also don't care for lights that activate that way, you can't get your grip up high enough under the trigger guard. looks killer though..
I can't find one yet, so you stay away!I like the gun, no use for the light thingy, but I am looking into the gun.
