I'm not the one violating rights. I'm getting mine violated. Big difference. I figured you'd be sharp enough to see the difference.

And they wouldn't be disobeying the law. There is no law in the NY Penal Law that makes it a violation, misdemeanor, or felony for failure to enforce a law by the police.

I do not expect everyone to have a full understanding of NY gun laws. Hell, we live here and pay pretty close attention and we don't know all of them.

What I would expect is for people traveling into this Cesspool to take a bit of responsibility and research for five minutes to find out how "illegal" they will be coming into NY with a hand gun.

Should take all of about two minutes to find out how bad it is in this State.

Do I blame those that get caught, absolutely, again, a couple minutes of their time prior to traveling.

And THAT is why we cannot manage to regain our Rights, nor protect those Rights that have not been infringed.
When our own agree with the Laws, support the Laws, and blame the victims for being unjustly prosecuted under those Laws.

This is ALL that should have been known. That you are an American citizen, and it is your RIGHT to be armed.

We joke about this being "New Yorkistan" and "not part of Free America", and that also supports the usurpation of our Rights.

Innocent people are being unjustly victimized by a tyrannical regime, and instead of throwing our support behind them, we find reasons to discredit them. And when there are no other reasons, we just say "they should have known better" and calmly go on sucking at the Tyrants dick.

Right on! Some here don't understand that. They are constantly blaming the victim instead of the tyrannical law and those who enforce that tyrannical law.

They don't want to admit it but the buck stops dead in it's tracks if law enforcement stands up to not enforce it.

Instead they say that she should have taken 5 minutes to check if where she's going to has any tyrannical laws so that she can abide by them.

Then on other threads where people say that New Yorkers should stand up for themselves, they agree and like the posts. Then in other threads they say not to do the crime if you can't do the time and blame the victim.

Then when you say something about it and call out the cops, you become a cop hater. Yep! It's sickening.
