Yes I served ( USAF) , yes I was deployed ( Desert Shield / Desert Storm ) . I was not able to find many of the above quoted individuals.
What I did find was a lot of slackers, ignorance, racists ( both colors), and idiots.

Gays ? I don't care either way . Trannies, most aren't fooling anybody. Still ...I don't care.
Should taxpayers fund their life choices? I don't think so.
Does everyone deserve medical attention? Sure. Elective surgeries like sex changes should not be offered.
Are boob jobs done as part of the military's medical coverage?

1) I don't think USAF should pay for SRS, FFS, BA, etc. I think trans people should either transition before they get in or after they get out. But that's not what Drumpf is saying. He is saying anyone that is trans is fired, effective immediately. So if you say "I identify as trans" - you are gone. Fuck Drumpf and his puppet master Pence who thinks God instructs him inside his brain. That should be classified as schizophrenia and he should be fired. I also feel USAF should stop giving their active soldiers and reservists Viagra and Cialis for free; which costs an estimated 10 times what USAF would pay for a trans person wanting SRS. Of the estimated 6,300 trans people in the military, Rand Corp says about 130 would want SRS at a cost of less than $8M. Last year alone the military paid $43 million just on Viagra. If guys can get pills so they can fuck whores while on R&R, then 130 trans people can get some surgery. Fair is fair; but I think neither should get either.

2) I was in Desert Shield and Desert Storm and everyone I worked with was educated, committed, and added value. In fact, I spent a bit over 12 years on J-STARS and B52G radar systems (and maybe a year working on the Peacekeeper / MX launch control software console). Everyone had no less than a BS in EE or EET (mine was EET) and most had their MSEE (and a few already had their Ph.D. or were working on it). I had ZERO problems at King Saud, even with the Saudis. Half of our JSTARS 4411th were reservists like myself that worked full time on J-STARS for either Norden Systems (United Technologies in Norwalk CT like I did) or Grumman Aerospace (Florida). In fact, after doing my 4 in USAF I eventually did 4 at CT-ANG just so I could be part of the J-STARS mission at King Saud because I was passionate about our technology and had already been working on it for almost 6 years at Norden Systems. I volunteered. Every J-STARS radar in production at that time had my Quality Engineering stamp on it and I specialized in feed horns, traveling wave tubes, and software integration to the mainframes we had on the Grumman aircraft that held our J-STARS radar. We completed our mission explicitly because of J-STARS.

You are one of the few on this site what didn't show themselves to be homophobic and transphobic pieces of shit that think their white privilege makes it alright to turn their back on LGBT while that group is being assaulted by religious zealots that hate the whole concept of gender and sexual equality. We worked on radar O&R (Like I did), or serve food, or fix a broken M4, or load an aircraft, or clean out a latrine, etc. etc. etc. Pro tip #2 - if you don't want to be called a nigger or a kike or whitey or a pieface or whatever - you might try not calling transgender people trannys. When you go to MEPS, (military medical screening before enlistment) almost anything disqualifies you. Back problems, flat feet, diabetes, obesity, knee problems, ect.

You have to be damned near perfect medically to enlist. No one gets in if pills are needed to survive.
