NY Compliant AR-15

I recently bought an AR-15 that is NY compliant. Just wanted to know if the magazine is pinned, meaning it cannot be removed...What features are legal to have on the rifle? Pistol grip, Teloscoping Stock, flash suppressor/threads on the barrel? I bought it from a gun dealership and they said it meets NY compliance...

I knew exactly what I was buying. I asked the gun dealer what makes this Rifle NY compliant and he said because the magazine is pinned, you can have all these features. But if the magazine was removable, I wouldn’t be able to have a pistol grip, teloscoping stock and the barrel would have to be capped and pinned. Then I’m reading all these things online that I can have these features and some things saying I can. Now I want to know if the guy lied to me so I can give the rifle back and get my money back, or if it’s fine. That’s all I’m asking, I don’t need your sarcasm or your stupid comments that AR stands for assault rifle

This lists the banned features if you have a detachable magazine. Notice how it says "if your rifle has a detachable magazine AND one or more of the following features." That should point you in the right direction.
