In NY, all assets of the NRA will go in to a receivership and a special master will be able to allocate every asset as they see fit.
The broadcast specifically stated that assets could be given to anti-cop and gun control groups.
I think that this segment was prompted by chatter amongst some Shannon Watts folks about Moms Demand Action getting a windfall from the NYAG special master's distribution of NRA assets for the non-profit "MDA" gun safety programs.
