So Aggravated Battery, Arson, Intimidation, Kidnapping, 2nd Degree Murder, and Threatening a public official are all no longer detainable offenses.

If I were a politician in Illinois I would be VERY worried.

I see someone in IL is taking Maxine Waters at face value.
