yah, it's easy. i did it without ever owning anything other than a bolt action with basic household tools, didn't have a vice or anything, and it's solid.
I know the type and they are all work no matter how you look at it. Either getting them home or getting them to leave. Lmao
I'm gonna need new tools I'm sure. I don't have a vise, nor do I really have a place to put one how much can I get done without one? I will be having a gunsmith install the barrel and pin the gas block on.

Me neither. I have an upper i bought. LPK from years ago and two other lowers from when Mike (WTF was he name of his company? The old place...) sold his first batch. I have a forged and a billet.
