So you still didn't get it and yesterday was 4 weeks you're saying?
That's what I'm saying. Dropped it off 2/5 in person.

Mailed an amendment in yesterday to replace a glock under warranty. Start the clock.
I think they're still at Valley View, but the move is coming soon. I've heard from several people they expect the move to be a clusterfuck. Save copies of everything and get a receipt from the guy at the window.Anyone know if they moved back to government center yet or are still at valley view? I have to drop one off tomorrow and hurry up and wait.
Did you go to the new or old building? Thought they moved on MondayPaperwork dropped off today, let the clock start.
OK, Monday will be 5 weeks since I personally hand delivered my amendment form to the clerk's office. This is getting beyond stupid. Has anyone actualy been able to call them for an update or status? Do I have to go there personally to ask about it?
I was going to call them last week but hung up after their automated message said they don't give status updates.
Republican....pro gun I believeLooks like I have William DeProspo is my new judge, anyone know his 2A stance? My wife is going for her permit still.
You can’t tell anything from the current list, we don’t know how they will set it up. They could divide the counties up into three regions and each judge would get one region. They could rotate the judges so person one gets judge A, person two gets judge B, person three gets judge C, person four it gets judge A, person five gets judge B, person six gets judge C ... Who knows anything except The sheriffs department is going to be having more control over what happens who gets what. It is the administrative judge out of Westchester will decide exactly how the system will work.Looks like I have William DeProspo is my new judge, anyone know his 2A stance? I took him to court. It cost thousands for me to stay on the “approved instructors list. Can anyone explain why Ken Jones and the Sheriffs Dept. are getting so involved in this? Mr. Jones is not in any way pro-gun, at least not for anyone without a badge. I have personally heard him support the ammo data base, a prohibition of purchasing ammo in calibers you don't own a gun in and he has voiced support for Orange County's ban on carrying for employees who aren't LE (i.e. sheriff dept.).
I have heard several stories about people getting jammed up with pistol permit paperwork because they had a personal beef with people in the sheriffs dept. I don't like the idea of them getting any more control over the permit process than they already have.
