I totally agree and I've done it a few times. Hated to, but that was the only way I could've gotten the gun. The one I really want now is listed as being offered with 10 rounders but I called the company and they don't even make 10 round magazines for the gun in question. Weird

I know you are fairly close if you have the gun shipped to wollcotts they will pin the magazines for $15.00 each magazine at 10 rounds last I spoke with them. It was about a year and a half ago. Also not helpful if the original retailer says they won’t ship over 10 round capacity mags to NYS but that seems just stupid as it’s the FFL responsibility and you could be a cop.

You're right, some places definitely won't. I'd likely have a few more guns in the safe if more places would be ok with that. Haven't been there in a bit. Gotta stop by. I really miss BGC

Well, I did it.

I did what I said I would never do.

I ordered from Buds Gun Shop and hit the "magazine removal" button.

I paid full price and will be out 3 magazines that I should have gotten.

Then I went somewhere else and spent $95 for the magazines that should have been included.

The things we will do to get what we want.....
