Already have it. And will buy another when they release a 9mm version.
You don't have to wait for POF.
CT4-2A OTHER FIREARM - DELTA LEVEL DEFENSE

Correct, sorry. According to NY, it’s an assault weapon.
ATF definition doesn't work in NY.Not being a dick but the whole point of these firearms is that they fall into grey area called an "other firearm". Just like the the Mossberg shock wave. They are not rifles, pistols or shotguns by ATF definition. Everyone has their own comfort level. Caveat emptor.

The ATF calls them firearms, NYS says all firearms need to be on a pistol permit. Good luck putting one on a pistol permit.
The shockwave is not a shotgun. New York has a definition of what a shotgun is. It must be designed to be fired from the shoulder and have a smooth bore. The shockwave isn't designed to be fired from the shoulder and you have a New York law to fall back on.Explain the shockwave then in NY.
11.5" barrel to make 26"And if the overall length of a pistol is just above 26 inches, a forward grip can be legally installed on it. Not here but in a free state.
All you need is a 7.5 inch barrel to have an overall length 26 in to be able to legally put a front grip on it in a free state.

Was just at blueline and saw they have 3 of these on display. one is in 308. While i was there looking at these, 2 guys came in and bought 2. I was told these are pretty much the only thing they have been selling for the past 2 months and they sold ALOT. 2 of the guys chilling and looking at the pistols were plain clothes LEO too.
still not gonna risk buying one of these for me though
If they are selling at Blueline then I’m sure you’d have no problem shooting one at their range. RT Gun and Smoke is selling the DLD “other” like crazy too. Down here is Westchester it seems like no one cares. BTW - what was blueline charging for the POF?
