Yep. I wouldn’t buy it in NYS. In another state, yes. But here there is nothing stopping an LEO on the street from charging you with having an AR pistol in Assault Weapon configuration. And there is nothing stopping a jury either who gets handed Penal Law 265’s definition of what an Assault Pistol is from convicting.

$1066 MSRP. Don't know what actual price is.

Closest KUSA dealer for me is less than 30 miles away, just over the border in PA.

EDIT:. There's a KUSA dealer in Rochester NY. Gadsden Arms. Which is close enough for me. But for now, I'm in NBZ (no buy zone).

Actually- semi-auto. Some jack-hole will lock you up for a night for that in this state. You'll probably ultimately win, but fuck that.

What happens when King Coumo expands the SAFE act and bans these? Will previous owners be grandfathered? Register? Or modify to make compliant?

If you ask the gun shop your buying it from they will tell you it will be grandfathered but in reality it's highly doubtful. Since I purchased three of them I will probably just pin the mag's and call it a day until I get out of this insane state I live in.

I’m being serious. I’m thinking of getting one. If It gets banned and have to pin the mag or neuter it, I feel like it’s a waste of money. I see NJ, CT and CA all essentially approved it. But with Cuomo one can never be sure. You guys know more than I do, I’m a newbie and am trying to get some educated feedback.
