How about a muzzle for him? One with leather straps and buckles adjourning an apple. Fuckin panzzy faggot. Go see yer daddy.Well now. Let's see how king asshole addresses this one. Would put his mouth in quite a pickle.
I predict pure silence
In fairness, you can't tell by looking if a rifle is registered or a mag is pinned.
Which gives cops an out.
Just like they assume drivers on the road are licensed in general, they should assume guns and mags are legal unless there is evidence to the contrary.
There's no state law against open carry of long guns, friend. Those don't look like AR pistols to me. YMMV.I am sure with there breaking the law of open carrying it would allow a police officer to question them on the legality of the fire arms. NO open carry except gun range or Hunting, no hunting with in 500 feet of a home , No way for them not to have an interaction with the police
Could be registered with a 10/30 mag. Perfectly legal. Don’t ask, don’t tell.this is a link to face book with 3 guys posing with AR and 2 of them look like they have High cap magazines ,
Thank you I stand corrected, NJ its illegal,There's no state law against open carry of long guns, friend. Those don't look like AR pistols to me. YMMV.
There's no state law restricting open carry of long guns in New York, but that's not to say it won't still get you stopped, questioned, and arrested in a lot of populated places, depending on what, when, how, and where you are carrying, hence "YMMV".Thank you I stand corrected, NJ its illegal,
The "SAFE" act doesn't allow registered "assault weapons" to be loaded outside the home, so either the mag is locked or the gun's registered and unloaded (meaning they have no ammo in their gun or on their persons).Could be registered with a 10/30 mag. Perfectly legal. Don’t ask, don’t tell.

I don’t remember seeing anything that says rifles have to be unloaded in public in the law.The "SAFE" act doesn't allow registered "assault weapons" to be loaded outside the home, so either the mag is locked or the gun's registered and unloaded (meaning they have no ammo in their gun or on their persons).
Still, no way to tell just from the photo.
Ehh Looks like they don’t care, neither do I. Unconstitutional laws, don’t care if they ignore them. Not "rifles", "firearms", which under NY law includes rifles that are "assault weapons," pistols, and short-barreled boomsticks:

YOUR NOT FROM THIS AREA, In rockland county , Specifically the town of Ramapo , What this points out is what's already known. there are 2 set of rules ,One for the Block vote (pictured) and one set for the Goyum (non Jew), Our governor was already at the Rabies home stamping his feet that he "will Make it Illegal" its already illegal , He was there to get his points in so the block vote will remember him at the next election , you ever wonder how the guy wins when 95 % of NY state vote against him. These are the people who support him. They vote in unity . When our Heroic police are getting slaughtered he is not in the family home stamping his feet saying he is going to make it illegal to kill a police man. There is a bigger story most folks who are not in this area would ever believe, they are taking over and do not have to follow the same rules as we doI believe the only thing that should be focused on here is the fact that folks are openly demonstrating they won't be victims.
What they're carrying, how or in what condition only deteacts from the good part of the story

It means they have the backing of the community. Where most of us would be abandoned by our neighbors. Good for them.I disagree. It points out the rest of us have smaller balls than the jews of Rockland county.
Nope.
PL 265.03(1) requires unlawful intent. 265.03(3) does not.
There's no statute that defines registered firearms as "not a firearm" subject to 265.03; if there is you should be able to point me to it. Firearm is defined in Penal Law 265.00(15) without reference to whether a gun is registered. It's licenses to concealed carry pistols under PL article 400 that can allow for carrying loaded pistols. There's nothing like that for 'feature rifles'.
Yeah, that's not really the point here except that you can't tell from appearance and bravo to these guys, but if you want to know what the law it's not that simple. And the cops who make arrests don't know it.
