Sorry, but I have to disagree. Coyote are extremely destructive. They will decimate the population of rabbits, pheasants, and turkeys. They take a large chunk of the deer population especially fawns. If you happen to be a farmer with any livestock at all, you know that ducks, chickens, turkeys, bovine calves, equine foles, dogs, cats, and nearly every other small animal is subject to becoming prey to coyotes. In suburban settings, household pets are frequently targeted, and coyotes have been known to attack children. Not destructive ? I want you to say that as a child, pet, or livestock investment of yours is found dead.Left leaning? How do you figure? Woodchucks are destructive vermin, I shoot a lot of them myself.Coyotes, not so much. How about instead of being a pussy afraid to go check in the dark and wet,you stay home at night. You should have just said "I missed" instead of making public how as a hunter you just randomly shoot anything that moves for the pleasure of killing and leave it to rot. There is a big difference between vermin and predators.
