I live in Rottenchester and I smell that skunk piss smell every freakin day! Sometimes at 7:00 in the morning, in the afternoon and evening it's worse. My wife and I don't even walk around the block anymore because of the stench, I live a couple hundred yards down a private road and start to smell that shit when I get to within 50-100 yards of public property! I've had cars drive by and all of a sudden, the stench hits, go into a store or restaurant and the stink coming off some people is horrible, I've actually gotten up and moved to another table or walked out! Personally, I hope their brains melt!

Where do you live, middle of the Adirondacks? This has been every city, village and suburb in central NY, western NY, Hudson Valley, downstate the last few years, and getting progressively worse. Maybe not at 7 am, but the "sticker stores," "dispensaries," and "CBD stores" are everywhere along with the "glass shops" and the "convenience stores" that are pushing pot on every corner, and the pot fog comes from people, vehicles, houses and apartments everywhere. Along with the ambulances picking up people OD'd on opiates, Hochul is doing her best to make everywhere Kensington Philadelphia. Lasts year was an all-time record for overdoses.Ho Lee Cow, it's nothing like that around here.
My uncle was a full fledge alcoholic, he was a functional one, but still an alcoholic. You only knew because he was arrested 6-7 times for it. He always had a job and was never drunk at home around the kids but he’d get off work and drink/ due drugs.A great many people use cannabis the same way many use alcohol. A relaxant after work, and a bit of fun on the weekend. You never knew unless you were in their social circle. I guarantee you that each one of you knows several people in this category.

Your concern is
I must live in the "good" part of Oswego County, as I have experienced nothing like that locally. Now, when I find myself in Sewercuse, that's different, but it was like that before weed was legalized too.- Between an Indian reservation and a small farming village. (rural area)
Outside of the small city of Batavia.
- I can not comment on that as I have not been to every city, village, and suburb in CNY, WNY, Hudson Valley, and downstate. I can only speak of the area that I am familiar with.
- Nothing like that here. The only dispensaries around here are on the Reservation.
Convenience stores do not sell weed around here. Actually, I have never been in one that does, anywhere.
- Not in my experience.
Where do you live? In the middle of the ghetto?
Have you ever noticed how many places there are to buy alcohol? Almost like it’s on every corner….Where do you live, middle of the Adirondacks? you say that like its a problem??? Whats the old joke?Have you ever noticed how many places there are to buy alcohol? Almost like it’s on every corner….
Oh I’m not saying it’s a problem, but the folks bitching about weed being available might want to take note.you say that like its a problem??? Whats the old joke?
If I say Im clean and sober, it means I took a shower and Im on my way to the liquor store
You’re ridiculous. Look up the stats on alchohol related deaths and compare them to weed. It’s not even close. Personally, I’m in my 60s, own my home, have a solid career, and have raised 3 children to be productive citizens. And somehow I haven’t been taken down by the devils lettuce.Pot is its own punishment, and that is perfect...it is russian roulette, that is faster than cigs as no cig smoker gets mentally impaired like they do on pot.
Crash rates jump in wake of marijuana legalization, new studies show
New research from IIHS and HLDI confirms the trend, but a separate study of injured drivers found no increase in crash risk from the drug except when combined with alcohol.www.iihs.org
Does not happen in NYS eh? Usually pot AND beer related MV fatalities. Can't smoke pot without a beer or 7.
Grimreaper hands out pot with a smile...............for medical purposes.........
Substitute pot for regular cigs.
Ah yes, the old progressive argument.Have you ever noticed how many places there are to buy alcohol? Almost like it’s on every corner….
Is that you Carrie Nation?Ah yes, the old progressive argument.

But by all means carry on with your Women’s Temperance Crusade.
Because legalization hasnt created any new pot heads, they've been smoking the shit since the 60's.It's the same as it has ever been.
The fuck, lol
Kinda my thinking as well. They just don't have to hide it anymore. Lol.Because legalization hasnt created any new pot heads, they've been smoking the shit since the 60's.
Yeah.... you have no clue. Weed isn't for me - i tried it a couple times 15+ years ago and didnt really like it, but it's more or less on par with drinking alcohol in terms of impairment. It's also less damaging on the body than alcohol. Not saying it's good for you... just less bad than booze.Pot is its own punishment, and that is perfect...it is russian roulette, that is faster than cigs as no cig smoker gets mentally impaired like they do on pot.
