Yeah, this is rotten to the core. The whole jury pool has been highly biased against Kyle by the lies and misrepresentations of the prosecution. Richard Baris' work is proof of that. I was really heartened when I heard the team that Barnes was bringing in - mostly pro bono and on his own dime. Then, last night, I listened to Viva's stream. The fix is in and this poor kid is gonna spend a LONG time in jail (if he survives). It will also be the beginning of the end for self defense in America. The lawyers and the spook are going to walk away with all the money that people gave.

Watch the cop testify. He had a scratch on his back.
Scratch Never used the word as a cop. Abrasion Laceration Contusion but not a scratch.
Then Watching the so called defense team sit there not objecting to BS social media evidence.
Hell, I was not even allowed to testify "I received a radio call for a fight at such and such. Hearsay evidence.
Kyles lawyers are friggin incompetent

For more than a year, prosecutors in the Kyle Rittenhouse case have possessed FBI spy video footage taken by a fixed wing plane flying above the Kenosha riots. Kyle Rittenhouse’s defense attorneys say they only learned of its existence recently. On Tuesday, the public finally got a look at it.


It’s pretty clear why the prosecution was playing hide-the-ball with the evidence and why Rittenhouse’s defense attorneys were the first to show it in court. Over prosecutorial objections, Judge Bruce Schroeder allowed Rittenhouse’s attorneys to use their opening statement to show photos, videos, and, yes, the FBI’s FLIR thermal images of the first of three shootings the night of August 25, 2020. It was an unusual move and one you’ll see more defense attorneys replicate in the future.

The thermal technology video answers more than a few questions about who started what on the night of August 25, 2020. The FBI’s video conflicts with a story line prosecutors told jurors earlier in the day in opening statements.

i wonder when this judge will just say .. to the prosecution ..... you have no facts ....
hearsay, fake news reports, ect ect .. is all you have .. hell your even helping the defendants case
