Ehh, I can see SCotUS screwing the pooch on this one. They seem to be agreeing with the solicitor general that drilling a couple of holes is not the same as working on a car.

I would argue the 1968 gun control act is unconstitutional and the ghost gun ban is unconstitutional as well because it points to an unconstitutional law as the basis for being lawful. 2 wrongs don’t make a right, but three lefts do.

is it unconstitutional to run your own newspaper out of your house? All it takes is a computer and a printer.

From what I read it sounds like Thomas and Alito will vote pro 2A and all the other justices will vote the other way. Even if you can still create a "ghost gun" with materials you can buy in Home Depot and Lowes.

This court overturned Roe v Wade with the Dodd decision and that's all they really cared about. Frankly, we should be glad they gave us the Bruen decision, even though the aftermath of that made most of our lives demonstrably worse off (e.g. ammo background check).

Text history and tradition. Ctizens have been making firearms from the beginning of this country, and even before that, so I don't see how they can rule any other way ( while conforming with the Bruen decision).

If the SC rules favorably as they should, that otherwise non prohibited individuals are free to construct their own arms, without infrighment or permission needed, what will NY's response be? Hopefully the Court has learned their lesson from Bruen and would craft a decision that does not allow for shenanigans.

I was very disappointed with the argument in court made by Vanderstok's attorney. We'll see where this goes, but at this point, I expect Robert's and Barrett, - and maybe even Gorsuch and Kavanaugh to join with the libtards against us. They are simply in fear of a well armed populace, and the homemade firearms absolutely scare the shit out of them.

Weak worthless/poor arguments really do not matter...................an idiot does not change the facts, and only the law counts...were legal, and now they are not, because a lawless cretin said so?



Bump Stocks are an example.............................FEELINGS were defeated in that case, by the law.
I expect the same next June.
