Involving a man who was arrested (one of 3 I believe) with an "unregistered" suppressor he bought in Kansas where the state passed a law that anything made in the state and sold in the state and stayed in the state was not subject to federal gun regulations such as the NFA..

Well the state said hahaha have some alphabet bois and the ATF arrested this guy for having a suppressor.

We can't find thousands of emails, stop border crossings, or any other useful thing BUT, we can find and charge on one item, a suppressor. Kind of like no need to stop real crime when we can make more money pulling people over trying to get to work.

Only with the most of luck can we get a decision out of the SCOTUS that the 2nd Amendment applies outside of the home.

I'm not surprised and fully expected it, our boy Kavanaugh has publicly stated that he supports the unconstitutional machine gun ban which implies that the full NFA is kosher. The "tradition" and "common use" language used in heller was a hidden decoy to keep infringing on the 2A. Our win was only a temporary delay to never ending gun bans/arbitrary regulations at the federal and state levels.

Both men were sentenced to probation, If they where seeing jail time i would hope it would have been heard. So do they now have records and loose their guns?

If the state said they could have suppressors then it was up to the state to send their militia into protect their citizens rights against government over reach. You cant expect 2 guys to fight on all our behalf. A criminal who gets shot doing illegal shit gets better support from the community then these 2 guys.

They didnt misrepresent anything. They never arrested or charged or tried these guys.

Dudes bought suppressors alphabet bois caught wind of it, decided they were not happy to be missing out on their $200, went to the homes, shot some doggos (probably) arrested the guys and charged them and they delt with this all in federal court

The enforcement of Federal laws seems to vary from administration to administration. There is no real consistency.
