What do you think, Sig is going to post those figures online? Read the countless reports an and watch the actual videos out there of people having failures. There's a reason why there are three generations now in less than a year.

I friend has 2 p365s both over 1000 rounds and no issue. Another guy I know will have one in a few days and he shoots a lot so I be he will be over 1000 rounds quick. I always prefer basing my opinion on personal experience rather than internet talk. I know the internet allows us to see a larger sample size but we dont really know what is fact or repeated facts.

Sig dropped the ball with releasing it too early imo. I believe they stoped shipment early on to correct some issues. I cant understand why manufactures rush new products to market. I have read (not sure how true) that Sig has made a number of running changes to fix the early issues. But, their statement has been batches of bad parts.

Like it or hate it that is opinion that everyone is entitled to. But, I get a little confused when the biggest haters have no personal experience with the particular pistol. My only bitch about it is I engaged the slide lock when shooting, but did not shoot enough rounds to learn how to grip it. I know it is very close in size to the g43 but the p365 feels small and I struggled to find a good way to grip it. The guy that owns it has giant hands and has no problems with the slide lock or grip. In the next week or 2 I will try to shoot it some more to see if I can get comfortable with it. That said I did shoot it very well.

Yep. Ignore the recalls and stopped production until new parts were made. Ignore the actual footage from respected nonpaid reviewers and amaetuers who showed the gun actually breaking in their hands. Some twice with two different P365's. Some even had barrel peening.

I guess Sig recalls for new strikers and springs and halted production are just myths and all gun manufacturers go through this when putting out a gun brand new.

Good riddance.

I think you put too much stock into the YouTube reviewers... Many act impartial but Im not buying it, and you cant say they are unpaid because most of them admit to having sponsors. If you search many of the bigger forums tons of guys are reporting no issues on later built pistols. I just searched in 3 different forums and several guys with the pistol have no issues and not one guy reporting a problem. I didnt count but it was about 25 guys with no failure reports.

At this point I would say the new 365s are now ok out of the box, but we still dont have any data on higher round counts yet. Time will tell...

Too much stock? When you see 4 magazines go and then a click and a broken striker or spring it's BS? I guess there is some grand conspiracy with trick cameras and some guys are manually machining peening on barrels to make SIG look bad.

Go to the S&W forum and read the many threads on Shield issues, mostly with the strikers. Some issues with FTE and OOB. Of course not all Shields had a problem, much like not all 365’s have any issues.

Look, we all know the early ones had problems, and changes were made.
The couple of You-tubers that had problems are few in numbers compared to the reports of "runs great". In a weeks time I will have personal experience with 3 of them. So, if the 3rd works it was 3 good ones in a row and the internet guy got 3 bad ones? makes me wonder. There are also 3 other guys I know with them and they have no issues, but I have not personally seen them fire the pistols.

Yea I use the internet, but I look at ALLl the reports and not just a select few.

I would buy one if it came in 40 S&W...lol


I would buy one, but to do it I would want to dump something else. Most logically it would be the G26 that would go. The problem is I have everything for it, sights, 4 quality holsters, extra mags and an assortment of baseplates, so it would be hard to cash it out.
