I can tell you that with all the Velcro straps and inserts there is no limit to adjustment for the check pad. It took me close to an hour to get it installed. Even though I haven't shot with it yet I can tell you it made a night and day difference on how the gun shoulders. If I am ever in need of another pad I will buy on from these guys with no hesitation.
