It felt good 6 years ago when we did what we did. It felt like it might work, but it did NOTHING. There are only 2 options for NYers. Wait for the courts, or take our rights back by force, which isnt going to happen anytime soon. We may be facing tyranny, but its not the same as it was 240 years ago, and the average working man isnt going to get arrested and leave his family to starve unless their lives are on the line.

We're forced to stand on the lawn, kept outside at gunpoint. Persons inside protected by guns. Go to local offices and fill up the waiting rooms. The chief clowns might not be in but waste a day of staffer time, be prepared to go back, cameras to preserve evidence. A good Ole fashion 60s sit in. Tie up that local office, parking lot etc. Move from office to office locally shutting them down by mass of people. 100 local people could shut down a local office.
I'm not beyond going to their homes either. Strictly keep it legal and on public property. Make sure neighbors know they're douche bags. Take up every parking spot in the street. They're in positions of power to raid our homes by proxy.

the other option is to ignore unconstitutional laws which is what millions have chosen to do.
That all sounds great, but how many of us could actually cause a disruptance for more than a day? It cost me three days of work to go to Albany for one day. Hate to be the pessimist, but we're fucked as far as I can see. That is until we get a pro 2a governor.

This allows persons to not go to Albany. Visit the reps in their home districts. Cost savings and time savings. Some of these pricks have after hours fund raisers. Their laws affect me 24/7/365; protest at their houses at 24/7/365. This opens up opportunities for people with day jobs.

They are doing this because they want to and they can. This is no where near the top importance even for liberals. I just saw a poll on CBS and it only polled at 8% for the most important political agenda. #1 was climate change at 39%.
A March won’t change their minds. I sent an email to my representative just because. I thought it was a good email and have them good ideas about how to stop actual criminals. I’m sure they are laughing.
I also don’t think the republicans care or want to solve this either. It’s a motivator for us to get out and vote and a way to stay in office/power. Why don’t the republicans propose things or point out violent crime stats of that then murder had been going down. Or DA’s pleasing down gun charges. I’m so disgusted with both parties at this point.

No amount of peaceful protesting will do anything. They are rigid idealogues and they will not waver. They have law enforcement, district attorneys, corrupt politicians, unfit judges, and lying media all working together.
Their message and agenda against the 2a is unified and unwavering.
There is nothing we can legally do to get then to suddenly think, hey my crazy leftist power hungry indoctrination ideas are wrong.
The police would need to universally stop arresting for gun possession, district attorneys would have to stop prosecuting, judges and juries would need to stop convicting and sentencing.

I'm just being a realist. That time has passed, here's the map of ny counties opposed to the safe act. Cuomo and the city's in this state could give two shits. Another rally with maybe 2-3000 people will accomplish nothing. As mentioned earlier only thing that will help now is local law enforcement and prosecuters taking a stand not to enforce.
