Depends on which cz you are looking at (there is a reason it has probably the most clones of any gun design) as for the m&p shield why not the 2.0, atleast you are looking at the 27 (I'd say 26, or get a conversion barrel to shoot 9mm, 2 guns in 1, or 3 if you also get a .357 sig barrel) over the g43. As for the creed I'd stay away from that. Not much aftermarket support. Sadly walther has kind of become lower in the market here in the states. Dont forget to look at their PPS

Glock 26 is just a 9mm glock 27 (well the 27 is the .40sw of the 26) as for the creed it looks like a slightly better high point and the ppq is much much nicer but even @Podmonkey will tell you, no aftermarket support, even for the ppq and pps and those are their main line and the creed is the budget friendly gun which gets even less support.

As for the shield. Either version I'd suggest looking at the Apex trigger kits

I really liked the 2.0 myself but I couldn’t get past the feeling of having the roughest sandpaper ever in my hand. As far as the 9mm and .40 go, the G27 felt more comfortable in my hand than the G43 did. Maybe it’s because it’s a hair thicker and heavier.

I always suggest the 26 over the 43 (the 26 will feel the exact same as the 27 it's the same frame) due to ammo capacity, 43 = 6 rounds +1, 26 is 10+1 of 9lm (g27 is 9+1 of .40sw) so unless you need something super small to carry the 26/27 and 43 are essentially the same size other than width. And even then I would suggest the shield over the 43.

Lot of good triggers for the glock, actually way to many to even suggest most. I am rocking an Agency Arms in my 19, but have wanted to try the Overwatch precision tac trigger, I just think the agency looks nicer imho and the felt difference wouldn't be that noticable to me.

But good ones to look at are the Overwatch, apex, agency arms,

Yes there is the XDm, XDs (slim), and now the XD-E (exposed hammer version)

My XDS 3.3" barrel 9mm was purchased about 4 years ago. I've used it in several courses. I like it's fit and finish. It comes with a decent fiberoptic front sight (though, night sights would have been better). It is heavier than the Glock 43. I'm confident enough with it that I'd carry it (if I could).

In a head to head, though...I prefer my Glock 43 with a Pearce +1 extension (for 7+1 configuration) and Trijicon HD sights (orange reflective front sight). I've used that one for may courses and I'm very comfortable with it.

If I can get a carry permit, I want to look into a Sig P365 (when they're in their 3rd or 4th iteration, given their initial problems).

My xds is a 4” barrel and double stacked mag. Mine is older than your. I think I am going to pick up a g26 for my next one
