Lawyer for the couple says they acted legally under Missouri's Castle Doctrine.

Opinions.
Only in a fair, unbias system. Lefty has proven that the laws and Constitution don't matter. The police are looking at the protestors for trespass and assault by way of intimidation. The homeowners should be fine.
The headline is the worst kind of yellow journalism. The police are looking at the protestors for trespass and assault by way of intimidation. The homeowners should be fine.

It insinuates exactly the opposite of the facts (that it's the couple under investigation and not the rioters)
I expect that from CNN and MSNBC, but now even FOX has fallen.
I bet she had a few cocktails in her...Not surprised, I think the wife didn't handle it properly, though it's a tough situation to act properly in. Hopefully investigation comes up with nothing.
"well regulated"Always easy to second guess when we weren't there. I'll bet they were scared shitless that they would get attacked/burned to the ground. Two people vs a mob. A show of force is the only thing that will deter these rioters. While sloppy on their safety I'll give them the benefit of the doubt - after all the 2A says nothing about training.

Only means the citizens come with their own arms knowing how to use them. The training on how to employ them is supposed to be done once mustered into a fighting formation."well regulated"
Exactly as I stated. Well regulated = trained.Only means trained in the use of such arms, not how to employ them.
NOBODY NEEDS 7 ROUNDS TO KILL A DEEEEER... oh wait.....Opinion - home owner bearing AR-15 to defend home for multiple attackers. An AR is the near ideal firearm in that situation.

I agree with this statement for the most part. She was pointing the gun at everyone. She should not have done that. Not surprised, I think the wife didn't handle it properly, though it's a tough situation to act properly in. Hopefully investigation comes up with nothing.
There are many questions. We will likely never know the entire truth as usual
You can tell a few things just by looking at them. The guy is holding it in hip fire mode. He has no intention of using the sights at all. She has no firearms experience at all. These people more than likely bought a few guns for the house, possibly test fired them if they did at all, then put them away. They obviously never trained or practiced. That’s evident. You can tell that he isn’t a real AR guy by the way that gun was configured as well. No new hand guard. No optic. Nothing. The magazine is an old GI mag. The rifle looks like an old Bushmaster or Rock River Arms from the 2000’s. Based on that one can surmise that it is probably loaded with ball ammo too. I do not see this guy buying defensive hollow points and never upgrading the rifle with at least a flashlight. It’s probably never been zeroed either. There are many questions.
I want to know if
they had a round chambered,
how many rounds were in the magazine,
did they have spare loaded magazines,
did they have New York reloads staged
When was the last time they shot
Are they range members
Do they have self defense liability coverage
What caliber are they carrying
Are they target or defensive rounds
Why no hearing protection
Was the family in the house armed
What model guns are they
Are you going to train and exercise now
What breed dog
Got any puppy pictures
So many questions
