Said it before, I'll say it again- you do some beautiful work, @Will555. I've always had my eye on that barrel, curious to know how it balances front to back wise in a featureless build.
I appreciate the kind words @BDinPutnam This barrel is heftyyyy! The barrel weights 2.65lbs itself, lol. But really this build isn’t going to be made specifically for runnin’ and gunnin’ in mind. You sure could do it if you needed to though. This barrel is definitely geared more towards marksmanship.

Thanks, I think it’s pretty nice looking as well. Even for being only two colors. Normally I like a few more colors, having some gradients, and making some dark edges around the stenciled areas as well but that’s the way the guy wanted it. Even though it was simplified, I still like it.
Had a little bit more time to work on it again today. It’s Almost finished.

Hornady. I lost count. Didn't owe me anything. I have a group of Hornady's over 3 years old with at least 10 reloads. First issue I've ever had.

If you're going to hillbilly it, do it right. Duct tape!
If you inspect the insides of the remaining cases, you might see a divot or groove around the circumference of the case at about the same point that one broke. If you can't see in there, you'll be able to feel it with a piece of wire or a straightened paperclip. Once you see what to look for, you'll be able to pull and scrap the brass before another one blows.
You're lucky is didn't come apart in the resizing die. They stick in there pretty good!

My P365 came in today. My FFL called me right up and said come on down. While I was there there were so many people coming in that were definitely first time gun owners. The shelves were pretty bare other than some used revolvers and some bolt action rifles. They had a few new 1911's too. Everyone was asking about getting guns in and converted to be safe act legal. The demand for guns is still very high. There were also people coming in for ammo but they mostly only had FMJ left.
