Nice. I know some counties are better than others. Putnam historically has been a decent 2A county as far as issuing permits and the like but certainly not as good as others. The clerical parts still take a bit longer than it should but they're real nice and don't give you grief about it.

Heck, it took the Corona virus to make them finally go to mail order for amendments! I used to have to go to FFL (on one side of the county) go to clerk (on the opposite side of the county), go back to clerk, and then back to FFL to get the gun, on multiple days.

At least now the only time I'll need to go anywhere is when I actually do NICS and pick up the gun.

Well, I will say- I read somewhere a while back we have one of, if not the, highest percentage of residents with pistol permits in the state.

So we got that going for us.

I was just driving around doing errands and decided to stop by my LGS just to see what inventory levels were like. Had no intention to buy anything. I saw a Glock 21 Gen 4 that they just got in the other day. The one guy didn’t even know they had it. I couldn’t resist lol.

Ammo was very very light and they have signs up saying there is a 1 box limit per person per caliber.

Actually a little disgusting when I think about it. Shooting a 9 round cylinder full in my Single-Nine costs $2.07...i could buy a gallon of gas here for 2 cents less.

I've bought 5 Glocks from Wolcott in basically 1 year. Everyone is great in there. I was actually thinking about sending Glock an email and seeing if they had any promo swag they would send me. Not sure if that's realistic or not though. I know they used to do that several years ago if you sent them your serial # and asked for promo shit they would send out pens, keychains, lanyards, stickers .... stuff like that. Not sure if they still do but maybe I'd get something for buying 5 pistols in such a short time.
