Working on the mounting...not finished.

I thought the reticle was the 5.56 version with the ranging bits on it. Turns out, that's another $100. This one still illuminates and although the ranging would have been nice, this one will work for now. Maybe I'll upgrade later, who knows.

IDK, scope mount seems to be on the handguard, don't think that is a good idea.

IDK, scope mount seems to be on the handguard, don't think that is a good idea.

I was told not to worry about it w/ my old scope/mount setup, but that's why I am looking into a cantilever setup for this scope, so I can get it on the upper rail only.

Yea for $1400. The Ruger with a nice trigger is good enough for me.

IMO the 22/45 is a nice starting point and reasonably priced. Aftermarket support is outstanding and I like working on my own guns. Ths sky is the limit for upgrades so this will be a fun project.

BTW I prefer running my carry gun in steel challenge. I am at a disadvantage to the guys running race guns but I get a sense of satisfaction when I keep up with them.

Just more 22 as usual, LGS had good price on PMAGs so why not? They were out of 22 short so gonna give the Aguila 20 grain stuff a try and see if it feeds through my Remington Speedmaster.

Hopefully the match I am trying to go to next Sunday is still on, and I'll be running my carry gun in carry optics, and hopefully also shooting my 17 in production.

But I am now 100% looking at MK IV and going to talk to my FFL about getting one and the Tandemkross "Game Changer Pro" comp and pinning it for me and tossing my bushnell trs-25 on it for now as a start then over time build on that..

Figure since .22lr divisions start from the low ready I can shoot that and carry optics with little to no issues the same day

@Darth some guys make compound bow slings and rifle slings. The more weight to carry the wider the sling.

Do Not shoot that Aguila Colibri in your semi auto rifle! It is primer driven only and is absolutely Not meant to be shot in semi Auto rifles. You will end up with a squib in the barrel , sure as shit
