An alleged assault would be investigated criminally. Even then I would not be required to answer my door or answer any questions. I don’t have to prove my innocence. The burden is on you. Once your scheme is easily foiled you would be on the wrong side of the law and be charged with filing a false instrument. I would then have a proper standing to civilly sue you for damages and would have supporting evidence of such. Your understanding of the legal system is much worse than I thought.

Yes. But if you refused to show up to defend yourself and your accusers put together a compelling case, it wouldn't be good for you and you'd still end up in court one way or another.
It would be if it were actually law. And I would be 9 ft tall if I were 9 ft tall. The governor suspended that law years ago. It is not in force. Do a quick search and find multiple sources of such.

Sure, *some* cases can be dismissed like you suggest, but just because the case has no *actual* legal merit doesn't mean it's *automatically* dismissed.
I could certainly craft a case that doesn't have merit, but wouldn't automatically get thrown out.
There are people who make a lot of money filing bogus cases just because companies will settle for a few grand because it's cheaper than winning the case. You position is apparently that these people don't exist despite all evidence to the contrary.
You need to prove your claim. I don’t have to prove my innocence. If it were so simple there would be mechanics all over town with Maserati’s. Also, just because you have a lien (say it’s real) doesn’t mean you hold the title or can take possession of said vehicle. NY is a title holding state. The owner keeps the title and it is in their name (leases excluded).
Knock yourself out. IF you are able to obtain a judgement against me I still don’t have to pay you. There is no legal requirement.

Bottom line, for the last time, if you get sued and are properly served papers and don't show up to court there are repercussions, usually it's a default judgment against you, which can be reversed but you'd have to file for that and end up in court anyway. It doesn't just go away. A simple internet search reveals this as consensus. The judgement against him was millions. He hasn’t paid a dime and isn’t required to. His lawyers got rich in his criminal case. You are mixing apples and mushrooms.
