I completely agree. That's why I stopped watching. Four Boxes diner is a far superior channel, IMO.What I dislike about Armed Scholar is that his titles are very often misleading.

Not directly, but this video has a good possible way Zeldin, if elected governor, can negate it through pardons and clemency:Say for instance if Zeldin won and replaced Hochul, is there a possibility he can reverse what Hochul did without all this court nonsense? Basically the overnight nonsense that Hochul did, but in reverse? I would much prefer that because it does save taxpayer monies and folks' time.
I know a pipe dream...
Can't stand click bait.I completely agree. That's why I stopped watching. Four Boxes diner is a far superior channel, IMO.
It's an immediate unsubscribe for me.Can't stand click bait.
But of course. For the love of G-d will someone please spank them once and for all!!!!!!!!!! So tired of this back and forth shit.
Nope. They tried that with the SAFE act. It didn’t work .I think we will see more lawsuits. There is much more that needs to be challenged and if dominoes start to go it should help....I hope.
I wondered if something could be challenged due to the circumstances the CCIA was passed, emergency (that wasn't) and passed under the guise of rather than the minimum time required by state constitution, 72 hours. That would leave the ten big piles of crap passed in June.
Not at all surprised. They’ll gladly waste our tax dollars fighting this tooth and nail.
I do not like the training requirement and the cost attached to exercising a right. However, the logic employed was that (paraphrase): "The militia had to spend money to be armed and to train. So, the cost is not completely unacceptable." That said, were people required to spend a significant sum of money every three years in order to remain in the civilian militia?
Local guy by me is charging $575 so?? I feel that’s a bit too much.Training costs will be set by trainers / training organizations. Understanding reasonable expenses, ie; range fees. Will they support the 2A in NYS by keeping costs low or try to separate us from our pocketbooks?
I do not agree with required “training” beyond handgun safety course of 2 to 4 hrs similar to hunter safety.
Unfortunately the instructors will never see it that way. Average all in is about $500 per person. Broome still insists I have to have the course to drop the restrictions.even thou its still a damn poll tax .. i would be ok with this for the time being ...
15 per hour .. so 8 hour class x 2 days .. then divide that by the number in the class .. cost per person ..
so that 120 per day class and 240 total for the 16 hours ..
20 people in the class ... then .. 12 bucks per person ..
the Firingpin is 400
PSA .,. pay with CC .. then cancel it after class .. LMAO ..
Yes really smart way to have your new license revoked.
Broome has their own list of approved courses, only 4 places.from the comments there ..
Ted Wright
Iron Sight - $295
Onsight - $209
On Target - $289
RAAFA - $300
Rochester Personal Defense - $325
And Tony Boyce I'm not complaining about the economy. I'm complaining about a company that pretends to 2A AF, yet has no problem (significantly) profiting from a required course.

Onsight is $450. And some of those prices are without a doubt reasonable. But to each their own man. That place puts an lot of their own money into the fight against unconstitutional laws like the ones that requires class period. Happy to support ANY business that is active in the fight against this shit. Cheers
So, where is their actual appeal? This means they are trying to go around Judge Subbaby’s court before he has even entered a final decision, right?
No it's not.Tony Boyce

No it's not.
Not in any way, shape, or form.
I don't have a spare $450 most of the time, and I damned well shouldn't have to pay to exercise my Rights!
If that troll-faced hitler love baby wannabe wants to demand costs be associated with exercising a Right then she can pay for it, and NOT out of our tax dollars.
That’s theft and it won’t work. The credit card companies don’t just give you a refund if you request one and the contact the provider for their side of the story. You will surely get a certificate and the provider will show that and your charge back will be denied. Be great if people did this and the instructor called the permit office and those that did this were denied their permits. Don’t like the price don’t sign up for the course. I agree it’s too much and it sucks. I was actually one of the first to find a concrete price and say it’s a rip off so I feel for you but this is not the right way to do it.PSA .,. pay with CC .. then cancel it after class .. LMAO ..
Interesting... According to the WYSL podcast that I just posted. No instruction from the state has yet been passed down .The state will want certain boxes to be checked off... .. And they have not even introduced them .. to the public yet. ... Trying to pass through all the hoops could cost a lot more.Local guy by me is charging $575 so?? I feel that’s a bit too much.
Again I ask, what is the point of a judges decision if then immediately that decision can be stayed? I am so done with this fucking game.An appeal has been filed. I expect a stay to be ordered shortly. Welcome to 4 more years.
