She knows she is in a tough spot, I think she will vacate the 2nd's stay without an opinion. If she doesn't then GOA goes to Justice Thomas and there will surely be an opinion which would actually be the best scenario.

I'm not disagreeing, just saying what I've seen. My assumption is that the posted sign allows for CC. *Note: not legal advice. We all know that signs, permits, background checks, and laws themselves don't work.
The way things are going back and forth between the judges and circuit court, I'm not sure how anybody can keep current. Add in the lack of screen time and print (that I've noticed at least) and people are even less informed of the days current law.
As for the video, well, that lady obviously had other issues and was looking for attention. The witness at the end describing what she walked into is a sign of how disfunctional people are. Would you walk into a store if you saw 15 police cars outside of it?

It's so confusing that most pistol permit offices don't want you coming in and asking or even calling for that matter.
So how would one know what the true law is of the day?
I do know of folks that barely use the computer, and still read the newspaper that are permit holders.

AWB's need to be shut down for good with no room left for gun controllers to try and word craft a supplimental ban after the fact. It needs to be explained, in no uncertain terms, that AWB's are a no no for every state and the federal gov.

I don`t want to be the spoiler of wishes and dreams here folks, but don`t hold your breath waiting to be free again. All they will do is keep appealing everything they lose. They will always continue coming back with different words on every law they pass. Its all just a Rinse & Repeat.

Its a very long process, but gun owners need to start getting elected in these lower local elections. Elections matter. You get in on the ground level, you work your way up (like they did), and you destroy the anti-american tyrants from within.

Almost no one I voted for was elected except my local city council and she ran unopposed. The county clerk I voted for was elected as well, but the other 8 people or so were not. This is a regular occurrence for me living on the outskirts of Buffalo. Voting for me is nearly pointless but I keep doing it.

Claims NYS keeps getting their teeth kicked in?? I guess they keep losing at ground level but then we lose so I’m not sure that’s how I would describe it. Although I’m curious to see how this lawsuit is settled in westchester area and I don’t think the lower court will side our way. If so it will be interesting to see how the second circuit defends their last wrong ruling that is now clearly wrong under Bruen. It was wrong last time by what they admitted but no one took it further back then as far as I know.
I will say this is a test to see how far we can push this Bruen ruling and this is the one I was waiting for.

From a lawyer's view point, it is always better to have Supreme Court authority to support your case. I know it is frustrating. There have been at least five positive gun rights decisions in NY since Bruen. NY does not recognize the 2nd Amendment or the Supreme Court if it disagrees with it's decision. The 2nd Circuit is slow walking the case. Hochul is the George Wallace of NY when it comes to civil rights. Resist, Resist, Resist. Gun control then, gun control now, gun control forever. The Supreme Court needs to end the stay. Then, if Hochul tries more of the same, the US District Court finds Hochul and legislators in contempt and order US Marshals to arrest them. The liberals hope is to delay, delay, delay until they can get two more commies appointed to the Supreme Court.
I dont even watch these kinds of videos because I think they're pretty silly. All of the headlines are false and just designed for views. When it comes down to it we are essentially asking the 2nd circuit to overturn their own decision. Its never happening. They're not going to say oh ok Bruen. Yep sorry. We are wrong now. Overturned! It's a lost cause. Dont expect SCOTUS to touch this either.

Even if common firearms are no longer banned, I do not see any challenges to registration schemes.
New York will concoct an onerous registration program that will take years to get through background checks, insurance verification, firearm function & safety inspection (using vehicle inspections as a model), and proof of licensure and training with each specific model of firearm to be licensed.

Correct. They will make it so hard, time consuming, and costly to own a gun no one except the current owners will be able to have them if we can even keep ours.

1. Make E-Verify MANDATORY, and send violators to prison for 10 years.
2. Set uniform rules across the entire USA for documents required to obtain a photo ID, make all ID’s show proof of citizenship, and make the ID’s free to all so no one can object to showing them.
3. Mandate that only US citizens can vote in ANY AND ALL elections, and only upon showing photo ID. Printed ballots only, with full traceability.
4. Secure the mother fucking border once and for all, and keep it secure.
5. Make it illegal to provide ANY services to ANYONE here illegally. No medical, welfare, schooling, shelter, - NOTHING!
6. Set term limits for all public offices, and require that all candidates and their spouses publicly file their tax returns for 2 years prior, for while they are in office, and for 2 years after leaving public service, with failure to provide that a 5 year prison sentence. Make it illegal to work for a business that does business with the government for 2 years after leaving office.
This for starters.
