Yep, I remember a certain member on here who’s no longer here, gave us all shit because Bruen was a HUGE reckoning for the anti-gunners and the CCIA was going down in flames and we all doubted it. Well, here we are a year later and no end in sight to this shit and probably will never be with no recourse from the SC. Inferred we’re all pessimistic Debby downers and we don’t know our asses from our elbows. Nope, I’m just a realist and can see the writing on the wall when it’s right fucking in front of you. Can anyone honestly say they thought NY would just roll over be passive and take their licking? Yeah, didn’t think so
They are asking us for money and blaming us for this failure because we don’t vote apparently. Oh and give them more money so they can win our rights back but if you don’t vote then they can’t win your rights back. Either way we’re the cause of their failures in their eyes because we didn’t give enough or vote enough and I’m rather sick of this theme.
So what are the “sensitive and restricted” areas.
A while before the CCIA was passed, people talked about the new laws they feared would be forced through if we “won” the Bruen case. He mocked those opinions mercilessly by calling those people “smooth brained” and laughed repeatedly about “Safe Act 2,” and how it would never happen. He crawled into his hole and disappeared from here right after the CCIA was voted into exiteance. He battled relentlessly with anyone on Reddit that didn’t 100% agree with him on any topic, until he finally got dogpiled and the internet got sick of that little bitch and he took his crumpled ball and went home, back under his sad little sagging bridge. Or so I heard.
All depends on of the lawyers want to do it at this point.

I believe this ruling was only in regards to the preliminary injunction that had been granted at one or more lower courts.

Yes and No. It pisses us all off, but I'm glad that these challenges are making it up the chain while the Bruen decision is pretty fresh. Personally, my county did not approve any concealed carry licenses before Bruen unless you were a cop, a judge, a lawyer, a politician, an armed security guard, a celebrity or a friend of the judge or sheriff. The rest of us had no concealed carry. With Bruen, I can carry concealed and with this injunction, I can carry in a lot more places. But who knows how long before that becomes permanent.
