No court will see a case. Its obvious by now. That decision was made early on when the press pushed the idea of no evidence , before evidence was even gathered.Id say Trump has about 0.0% chance of getting evidence into a courtroom. The fate of the country lies with the generals If they see the evidence and feel they have no other recourse but to act. But I wont be surprised either way.

Any independent audits of the voting machines and the code they run? Any logs showing unbroken seals on the machines? Any audits of signature matches? Any review and comparison of voter registration and voters who participated? Did anyone check the number of votes cast versus the number of voters who participated? Any manual recount and review of ballots cast?
This is beyond proof required to win a court case. There is a large and growing population who are looking for enough proof that this election wasn't rigged as an alternative to overthrowing a broken government.

It's a political process. Courts don't want to get involved, it's not their place. Fraud, slander and lies have been a part of our internal politics for over two centuries. Democracy is not without negatives. Trump just said no to a swamp, will see if he means standing up for honest elections or just doesn't want to exit as a looser. We will know soon enough.

Now image under a different administration a crisis manufactured as the coin landed, the count stopped, opponents (well, at least one of them) escorted off the field, cameras stopped and toss called after everybody left the parking lot. Think it can't happen?
No, it is the place of the court. Courts decide fraud trials all the time. However the Courts also review the case before accepting it to see if it has any standing. If it doesn't the case gets dismissed. In pretty much every one of Trump's cases when it got to the court and they asked for evidence Trump's team didn't have any, so case dismissed.
Publically the Trump team is whining fraud, but when they get to the court and are asked to prove it they have empty hands. This is easy to explain. You can lie in public with no penalty but when you do it in court....
You can't argue lack of evidence as the reason, when the cases are dismissed before evidence even presented.
Also it's impossible to go through millions of ballots with experts arguing in court over each one. When was the last time the courts found fraud in major elections? Courts simply avoid getting involved in elections politics. If they did most of the candidates would be found guilty of libel.

You should read some of the dismissed filings. The judges explained their rationale, including the fact that Trump's legal team had no evidence to present. Ie. They were asked for it and didn't have it.

The Constitutional Process Will Prevail
To cool things down and telegraph to China that their plan failed, this attempted overthrow of our government and civilization by the Deep State, DNC, Hollywood, major media, Big Tech and many multinational corporations can easily be resolved on January 6-8, when as explained in the article linked above, 28 state delegations in the U.S. House can vote for Trump (one state, one vote) for re-election as president, and 52 senators vote for Pence as vice president, in what is known as a Contingent Election.
Trump & Pence should be certified by the Congress by the 8th or perhaps a few days later, depending on how many witnesses testify before the committees and how efficiently the GOP committee chairs can push the process through. And of course, assuming that the GOP state legislature majorities in all the contested states do their job and represent the people who put them in office.
As you see, this almost-hijacked popular election does not have to go to the U.S. supreme Court for resolution. Nor will the U.S. Electoral College vote need to be adjudicated in the court, if the GOP state delegations have the spine (and honesty) to submit their Trump slate of Electors. If the SCOTUS is required to resolve the election, it may not necessarily do so in favor of Trump. It threw out the Texas case against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin for violating the law in their corrupt mail-in ballot schemes because, although the lawsuit had 18 states and the Trump campaign joining as co-plaintiffs, the SCOTUS kicked it out for lack of states having standing. But their real reason was the court telegraphing to the state legislatures that they must do their own duty; election law is not the jurisdiction of the SCOTUS, and since the legislatures have plenty of time to do their own duty, the court needn’t take the heat yet.

Seems silly, though.
If a state governor certifies the slate of electors in accordance with the laws of a state, then any "competing" electors are just superfluous noise. However, according to the federal constitution, the state legislature decides how electors are selected. That "selection" could already be part of state law. So, they may not be able to change it on a mere whim.
I have only read a bit on it. The way that it is structured, at least the way that I understand it, some of the States that are being fought over, if just over half of them cast two different pledges of electoral votes, Biden and Trump would be tied and it would need to go to the House of Representatives.
I am going to read up a bit more. Lots of people talking about this on Twatter.
