I am exploring eastern TN for a potential land purchase right now. Absolutely beautiful. Spending the night in Morristown. Looking for acreage with rolling pastures, partially wooded, and mountain views.
Everyone I've met so far while visiting TN has been good salt of the earth people.
I'm sure depending where you go you might run into meth heads or something but I think the proper due diligence can give you confidence in the area you are moving to it's free of that type of crime. Just take the time to research the demographics where you are moving. PM me and I can give you info on a helpful forum that can give you info on the local conditions.
The only reason I haven't moved so far is I have a more complicated than average situation. My wife and I both love TN.
Definitely want to seriously look into a bunch of different areas everything from Cookeville to Erwin.

The Sean Parnell SCOTUS suit vs PA is still active and is a more focused charge of unconstitutional changes to voting procedures in 2020 with the same ultimate constitutionally defined remedy ... when neither candidate reaches 270. When the court denied standing to the appeal of Rep Kelly vs PA, they ley Parnell vs PA stand. According to Congressional candidate Parnell, a finding on his case applies to all of the defendants of the Texas suit.

This will all boil down to this..Trump will enact his Executive order from 2018 pertaining to Foreign Interference in the Election in which case will bring all of this under the Department of Defense. Martial law will be enacted and arrests will be made. Biden cannot be President! He is obviously a threat to National Security. This will all led to massive civil unrest. Thats where this is headed. Anyone with a brain with all the overwhelming evidence can see that the Courts are beyond compromised. Trump is about to cross the Delaware!
I pray that he does or this country is lost. It is corrupt to the core and the tumors need to be cut out. If he needs help all he has to do is ask.

SCOTUS issued a statement today, 12/11/2020: "The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue."
In a nut case, SCOTUS rejected the TX case because TX filed their case as "motion for leave to file a bill of complaint". However, SCOTUS signals to TX and other states that if they file their cases as "motion to file the bill of complaint", then their cases will be heard.
So, now, we awaits for TX and/or other states to file their cases correctly to SCOTUS again.

SCOTUS Says NO To Texas! What Now?
In a ridiculous move, the Supreme Court threw out Texas' suit against swing states. Why on Earth do you NOT want to at least hear the case and show the American people you care about the Constitution?
