Well. Interesting split. Almost 50/50, I’m not counting territories since I’m not certain they have a dog in this fight.
Think about the make-up of New York.
Supposedly "New York" (ie: our overlords) have filed in opposition to the Texas motion.
If this is thrown out, or the S.C. rules against Texas, and the Country splits, what do you think New York will attempt to do to the millions of right-leaning, conservative, or just lawful, New Yorkers who didn't vote for China's lackey.
this isn't going to be as clear cut as the Civil War was. New York alone will have MILLIONS of opposing citizens essentially "behind enemy lines". And not all will try to flee.
Yeah, dark times.
The difference here is that the Constitution gives only the state legislature the right to make election law. Others are not entitled to hijack the responsibility. I doubt it will be laughed out at SCOTUS

That is why I want to move so bad, I told my wife this years ago. She wasn't so sure of my reasoning then. She is very sure now.
I've been thinking the same thing. Making posts like this for years here. It's starting to actually happen though. That's why I'm looking to move so badly to a red state. Tennessee keeps going up higher on my list.

The court's 5-3 ruling means that absentee ballots will be counted only if they are in the hands of municipal clerks by the time polls close on Nov. 3.
The justices determined the courts shouldn't be the ones to decide the election rules amid the coronavirus pandemic that is surging in Wisconsin and across the world.

The cats I adopted came from Kentucky. They are bass ackwards when it comes to how they treat animals. Worst state in the country according to the rescue organization related to high kill shelters, backyard breeders, etc.. My cats are glad they moved to NY lol.

My Tennessee family is talking about South Carolina in 3 years for better weather and lower property taxes.
Go figure ... their gorgeous home would cost two to three times more in NY (depending on location) but still our much saller modest NY home pays more than four times what they pay in property taxes in their affluent Knoxville suburb.

Time to not only get rid of the UN but also the SCOTUS. They serve no purpose anymore. SCOTUS ducked and ran with its tail between its legs. If they refuse to even hear this there is no way they will ever entertain saving the 2nd Amendment. I will remember two times that the constitution died. The night I watched the live vote on the Safe Act and now this. The constitution is a faded memory. Like @GOPerfect said I truly hope that all responsible for this as far as cheating, not voting for Trump or voting for Biden get exactly what's coming to you. I hope it scars you and leaves you feeling the misery that you so rightly deserve. I want to know which fuckers on the supreme court voted against this. May they rot in hell. Appears it was 7-2.

I still say this is not over. Hanging on a bit longer. I feel there is still at least one avenue to go.
As for people getting what they deserve...

I hope all get what they wanted. This will effect me very little. Financially, I am near loaded. Extra fees, fines and taxes for the next few years will phase me little. I am not saying any of this to brag. I a m a prepper. I have been prepping for nearly ten years. Part of my prepping is money. Money is still the key to success in these once United States.
All that I own, well nearly all, is paid for. I owe debts to near nothing. I emptied three bank accounts today and locked the money away in a safe, secure place. By around the first of February, I will be pulling all of my money out of the Stock Market; there is a fine amount in that system.
I have all of the guns that I want. I have all of the ammo that I need. I have food, holy shit do I have food. I have all that I need. Again, ten years of preparing for what is coming. For all of those that have done nothing to protect yourselves and your families, well, the writing has been on the wall a very long time.
For those that hated Trump so badly that you were forced or were willing to vote for the enemy, to all the gods, I can only hope you will suffer the most.
Again, there is time, and there is yet more plans in the works. This will be over one way or another next month, until it is over, I will still continue to support the idea that Trump has won reelection.

Anyone read what SCOTUS actually said? They stated that Texas did not have standing for this lawsuit, they did not say the case was without merit.

It was one out in the bottom of the 9th, down by 2, man on 1st. This was the second out. Still one more batter. My comments above just relate to the embarrassment called the SCOTUS and those that might have contributed to a Biden presidency. Bottom line is people are more afraid of the left than they are of not following the constitution. RIP America.

There are still some good plans in the works. Some I agree with, others, well, they seem a bit off. My ideals are being altered on a daily basis.
I'll see what the next few days brings us.
