This is why I think the 2A in NYS is going to be stripped of needing "permission". There are certain topics that will scath Horechul and her affiliates. The 2A is one of them.
I'm hoping to see permits, CCIA, and SAFE Act be annihilated by Trump.
Best of all, Trump is in full lawfulness to clean it up without it needing to go to "court". Trump could easily say it costs too much money to discuss a clear topic in court that is not only in the US Constitution, but also in the NYS Bill of Rights.
